Point225 is a commercial building anchored by the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) and Brown University. The top two floors of the building are currently being converted from office to laboratory use, which is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2023. The building also houses Bayberry Garden and District Hall, a two-story public workspace, meeting, and event facility out of which Venture Cafe Providence runs programming to support the local entreprenurial ecosystem.
